FL400 Honda Pilot 2007 Yamaha Phazer conversion

80 screaming 4-stroke HP in a Pilot!

Teardown: I sold basically everything in the pilot engine compartment to help finance the phazer conversion. Sooo, everything has to come out!

(Click on the images for a larger version)

This is the phazer engine that is getting put into my pilot. The phazer engine is going to need 16-1/2" to the right of the clutch centerline in order to line up correctly. The rear fenders removed. Rear fenders, silencer, airbox, and carb removed.
Picture showing the alignment of the drive and driven clutches Clutches from the bottom Looking down at the clutches.
Measurement from the far right of the engine compartment. I may have to add an extension onto the input shaft in order to shift the driven to the left side of the car more.

I will be adding more pictures and details as things progress.
